We are seeking experienced Trim Carpenters to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial construction, with experience installing architectural millwork, trim, doors, and hardware. We are looking for skilled craftsmen who take pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining professional standards on job sites.

Responsibilities:

Install architectural millwork, trim, cabinetry, and casework in commercial buildings.
Install commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure installations meet project quality standards and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades when necessary.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial trim carpentry or millwork installation.
Experience installing architectural millwork, doors, frames, hardware, and trim.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and shop drawings.
Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on commercial construction projects.
OSHA certification is a plus.
