About the Job
We are seeking experienced Trim Carpenters to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial construction, with experience installing architectural millwork, trim, doors, and hardware. We are looking for skilled craftsmen who take pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining professional standards on job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Install architectural millwork, trim, cabinetry, and casework in commercial buildings.
- Install commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure installations meet project quality standards and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial trim carpentry or millwork installation.
- Experience installing architectural millwork, doors, frames, hardware, and trim.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and shop drawings.
- Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial construction projects.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
