Position Summary:
Responsible for producing accurate, extremely detailed, and time-sensitive submittals, change order proposals, as well as material orders for commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities for this Position Include:
Responsible for producing accurate, extremely detailed, and time-sensitive submittals, change order proposals, as well as material orders for commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities for this Position Include:
- Read and interpret contract documents, including but not limited to scope of work, requests for proposal, project schedules, drawings/details, specifications, and opening schedules
- Able to successfully communicate tasks and objectives to meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity and competency with application of financial attributes: List pricing, buying programs, discounts and change order proposals
- Creating technical drawings for review and approval.
- Prepare detailed submittals, shop drawings, and product data
- Processing approved technical drawings for manufacturing and production efforts.
- Work directly with shop specialists and millworkers to critically think through design challenges.
